Every Entrepreneur Has A Story
From a small village to building India's largest Telugu AI education platform.
Government School
My journey started in a small village. I studied in a government school, where resources were limited but dreams were limitless. My family taught me the values that anchor me today: hard work, integrity, and the power of education. I simply wanted to build a better life for my family.
When Everything Collapsed
In 2008, the global recession hit us hard. My father's business collapsed, and our family's financial stability disappeared overnight. Facing severe uncertainty, I learned early that giving up was not an option. We had to keep moving forward, one small step at a time.
Traveling Quality Engineer
After engineering, I took a job as a traveling Quality Engineer, inspecting sites across Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. It was tough field work. Every day brought long journeys, new locations, and unfamiliar challenges. This road shaped my grit and taught me how to find my way when the destination was unclear.
Turning Rejection Into Education
Deciding to enter the software industry, I faced nearly 100 interview rejections in a row. Where others saw failure, I saw education. I analyzed every interview, learned hiring trends, upgraded my technical skills, and kept applying until I finally broke into the IT industry.
Data Engineer & Enterprise Developer
I spent several years working in IT as a Software Engineer, Database Developer, Data Engineer, and Cloud Solutions Architect. I built enterprise-scale database projects and cloud infrastructures. Technology became my playground, but the dream to build something of my own remained strong.
Failing, Learning, Automating
I launched multiple businesses. Some succeeded, some failed. But each failure taught me lessons no classroom could offer: digital marketing, sales systems, copywriting, branding, automation, customer psychology, and workflow mapping.
Founding Shashi Vanga
Discovering digital education changed my focus. I saw thousands of talented Telugu creators and entrepreneurs struggling because they lacked access to simple, practical technology. That realization led to the founding of Shashi Vanga—making Artificial Intelligence easy, accessible, and practical in Telugu.
